Bill just recently came into our program after being passed around to a few homes. He is young, only around one year old. It was apparent on first meeting Bill that he was friendly but very unsure of everything - totally lacking in socialization and manners. He is currently working with a trainer to learn some manners and commands. His trainer said Bill is like a sponge - ready and willing to absorb information. Bill has made so much progress in the past week. He is a big boy who will get stronger as he matures. Therefore, it will be important that his owner be a competent leader who will provide Bill with structure, exercise and positive reinforcement. Bill is people friendly and has played with a few other dogs where he is staying. Bill is UTD with vaccines and on heartworm and flea prevention. He will be neutered on October 12.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
