Meet Witt!
This adorable 5-month-old Pittie mix is bursting with charm and puppy energy! Witt is expected to grow into a big, handsome boy, but right now he’s just a sweet, snuggly bundle of joy at 37 pounds.

Witt is already crate trained, but his foster mom has begun to let him free for short periods of time when she is away. He does wonderfully with the 2 other dogs in his foster home and has done great when meeting other dogs at events away from home. While we’re not sure how he feels about cats just yet, he’s showing all the signs of becoming a well-rounded companion with the right guidance.

He’s doing great with housetraining and will need an adopter who’s committed to continuing his socialization and training. Puppy classes and leash training will be key as he grows, so his ideal home will include a canine buddy and someone ready to invest in his development. 

 

Witt has had age-appropriate vaccines, is microchipped, and is on monthly heartworm and flea prevention.  His neuter appointment is set for August 14.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
