Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

Kenya is under two years old.  She appears to be a Lab mix.  She has very clean teeth, a bright coat, bright brown eyes, and is very well mannered.  She weights around 60-65 lbs.

Kenya knows her basic commands.  She will sit, stay, lay, and come.  She is potty trained.  She is leashed trained, and does very well walking with another dog.  She rarely barks, but has a strong healthy bark when she does.  Kenya is extremely playful and very affectionate.  She is not food aggressive.  She seems to want to be outside more than inside.  She is currently living with 2 females and a male dog and doing very well.  She does great with a baby in her foster household.

Due to her young age, she will thrive in almost any situation.  Her active and outgoing personality will win the heart of any lucky companion she adopts for herself.

Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs. 

We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
