Ryan needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
Ryan is a black and tan coonhound who weighs 65 pounds. He was found as a stray and is estimated to be around 8 years old. He is a very friendly fellow who enjoys the attention of the volunteers who are caring for him at the kennel where he is staying. He likes meeting new people, including the elementary age girl that he had an opportunity to spend some time with. He seems fine with cats and enjoys the company of most other dogs. Ryan is playful and will toss toys and entertain himself. He does not like being out in the cold for very long as he starts to shiver and wants to go back inside although he really enjoys going for longs walks and using his hound nose to take in all the scents. He has a typical coonhound personality. Currently Ryan is in a foster home with several other dogs and doing very well.
