My name is Max and they think I may be part shepherd and part chow. The only thing about me that resembles chow is my coloring and my purple tongue. Actually, I'm quite tall and slim. I have been in a kennel for 6 months of my 12 month life and I have been very patiently waiting for my forever home.
However, I haven't wasted those six months--I have been learning a lot of things; i.e. sitting, shaking, down, etc. I really want to please and I give wonderful kisses and hugs. I play nicely with other dog and I am quite calm (for a young boy my age) when I meet new people. I just want my own home! I turned one year old on June 30, 2011.
