Meet Luna Jean – A Resilient Sweetheart Looking for Her Forever Home

Luna Jean is a gorgeous, approximately 4-year-old spayed female with a heart as big as her eyes. Just a few weeks ago, her life took a tough turn when she was hit by a car and sadly lost her right hind leg. Her previous family loved her, but couldn’t afford the care she needed—so she came into our rescue, and we promised her a second chance.

Despite everything she’s been through, Luna Jean has amazed us all with her gentle spirit and incredible resilience. She’s already mastered the art of the three-legged cuddle—determined to get up on the couch just to be close to you. Luna is housetrained, walks beautifully on a leash, and is very well-behaved in the home. She absolutely adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs.

A fenced yard is a must to keep her safe as she continues adjusting to life on three legs. While we haven’t seen her around cats or children yet, Luna Jean’s calm and affectionate nature suggests she could be a wonderful companion in many types of homes.

If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and inspiring best friend—Luna Jean is ready to steal your heart.

Luna is on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventatives.  Ready for a second chance for love in a new home.
