Merrik is 6lbs of pure sweetness! Merrik is an almost 3-year-old long hair Chihuahua. He is good with people, dogs and cats. He loves children and would love to have a home with kids to cuddle with him!! He needs a little consistency with house training but should pick up quickly if given the chance! If you’re looking for an active little dog that also loves to cuddle, Merrick is your guy.
Merrick is current on vaccines, neutered, microchipped and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
