Romeo is a handsome 2.5 year old, medium-sized mixed breed who is searching for his forever home. Sweet Romeo was surrendered due to his owner’s unfortunate circumstances. Romeo is a playful, charismatic, loving, cuddle bug with a BIG personality. He is crate trained, house trained, and knows several commands such as “sit” and “paw”. He has lived harmoniously with dogs, cats, and children. Romeo needs work on the “off” command as he has a tendency to jump out of pure excitement and joy. He also needs some work on his loose leash walking and heeling. Romeo would do best in a home with another dog(s) with which to play. He can be shy with strangers initially, but warms up quickly and gives kisses before quickly. Romeo is very motivated by treats and is a fast learner. He wins folks over with his endearing smile, cuddles, and his zest for life.
As a bonus, Romeo is microchipped; this can be transferred to his new owner. So if you are ready to become Romeo’s new owner, please fill out an application as soon as possible. Dogs like Romeo come along once in a lifetime.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
